RotMG Collection Log is a fan-made collection tracker for Realm of the Mad God. It is not affiliated with DECA Games or RealmEye. This page explains what information the site keeps and why.

What we store

Your in-game name, after you verify it with a code in your RealmEye profile description.
Your password, stored only as a secure hash (we can't read it). Don't use your in-game password here.
Your collection: the items you mark as collected.
Leaderboard data: shinies the site has seen on your characters' gear, with the time they were logged.
Public RealmEye profile details we read when you verify, check gear, or log in for the day: your highest-fame character's class, skin, base fame and equipped gear (shown on the leaderboard and as your profile picture).
VIP status, if you have it.

We read only your public RealmEye profile. We never ask for your game account login.

Cookies and local storage

A login cookie keeps you signed in. It's required for accounts to work.
Your browser's local storage remembers things like your guest collection (when not logged in) and which leaderboard tab you last opened.
Advertising: this site may show ads from Google. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Third-party content

Item and character pictures load from RealmEye, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services receive the usual information a browser sends when loading images or fonts (such as your IP address).

What's public

Your in-game name, rank, points, VIP tag, profile picture, base fame and equipped gear can appear on the public leaderboards, the live shinies feed and your public profile page (rotmgcollectionlog.org/player/<your name>). Your profile page also lists the shinies you've logged with Check for Gear and when you logged them. Your collection marks are not shown publicly.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data is kept while your account exists. Backups are kept for up to 14 days. To have your account and data deleted, contact us at the address below.
